These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JR Detail Wash website and the detailing, pressure washing, and related services we provide. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

JR Detail Wash provides mobile auto detailing, pressure washing, paint correction and protection, shop floor washing, engine washing, bin cleaning, and related services in Perris, CA and the surrounding Inland Empire. Service scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed at the time of booking.

Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may change if actual condition, size, or scope differs from what was described. We will communicate any change before performing additional work.

Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a trip fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or equipment issues.

Access, Water & Power

For mobile services, you agree to provide safe and legal access to the work area. Where required, customer-supplied water and/or power may be needed; we will advise in advance. You are responsible for moving personal items out of the work area before we arrive.

Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions including but not limited to clear coat failure, prior paint repairs, oxidation, water spots, cracked trim, broken seals, loose moldings, aftermarket components, or surface damage uncovered during cleaning. We will point out concerns when reasonably possible.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection costs.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can return and address the issue. This is your sole remedy for service quality.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JR Detail Wash's total liability for any claim arising out of services or use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law
